Cocchi Americano

Old recipe that we are so glad has finally made it's way here! A base of Moscato d'Asti with a huge array of herbs, fruits and secret spices, mostly focused around cinchona (bitter bark). Added are some gentian and citrus. Try on the rocks or with a splash of club soda. Delicious and refreshing.
