Jan's "Pandamonium wines," as they are called, are unfined, unfiltered, hand-bottled, and contain NO SULFUR and varying levels of palate-tingling residual CO2. The results are rivetingly good; fresh in character, light on their feet (all under 11%),and joyful to drink. The feverishly drawn artist labels, often featuring the wolf mascot of the estate, are hilarious and eye-catching.
