2018 Rayun Chardonnay

A chardonnay from Chile. What'll they think of next? And...who are THEY? THEY say it might rain. Again, who? This is a clean, un-oaked white that has lovely fruit and just enough acidity and minerality to make it refreshing on it's own. Food pairings would be light simple fish dishes, fresh garden salads, or a colorful fruit bowl. It's fun!
