This sumptuous and juicy red comes from a single parcel of 80+ year old vines planted to the steep sides of the Mount Brouilly. The vines are treated Organically, and hand harvested, and are fully destemmed. They see a 20 day maceration, and are fermented in French barrels. The wine is then bottled unfined and unfiltered, resulting in a smoky red and blue fruited wine with lovely minerals in the mid-palate, ending in a long finish.
