Blend of Riesling, Blaufrankisch, Sauvignon Blanc and Zweigelt grown on sandy, clay and loess.  Grapes were hand-harvested, sorted on sorting table and gently destemmed and pressed. Spontaneous co-fermentation finished under crown cap over winter. Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged, unsulfured.  Like juicy lemonade on a neighborhood summer walk with high acid and insane quaffability.
