Started in 2015, a light Mourvèdre was made which they realized would need a little something else, so they added light Syrah and some Grenache. With such hearty grapes one would think this to be a big boy, but as the name would suggest, this is meant to be drank as a lighter red.
Nose: Bright red fruit notes are all over the place, with loads of mulberry and strawberry that the biggest wine neophyte could still identify. Herbs, spices, flowers and baked apples come in second and mingle quite lovingly with the red fruits.
Palate: Light, edgy and nervy but enough power to let you know this is a serious wine. Fine combination of sweet and spicy notes all over the middle palate.
