2020 Scions of Sinai Atlantikas

Definitely not that classic style of Pinotage that is heavy and dark colored. This wine is lighter and more of maritime climate influenced style of wine. The end result of Atlantikas is a light dry red table wine…a mere drinkable and enjoyable product of agriculture. No oak, no barrels…plain Pinotage grapes guided to bottle through spontaneous fermentations. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. 11.5% Alcohol. Drink it chilled!
