70% Garnacha, 27% Tempranillo, 3% Graciano, with an average vine age of 75 years. 72 months in 95% French and 5% American oak barrels, followed by 24 months in bottle prior to release.  Powerful, dark flavors on the nose with soy, umami, black pepper, crushed violets, spices galore and a fleshy leather note.  Fresh acid with fine coatings of dark fruit, coffee and cedar.  Plush, texturized, and all together elegant.
