2011 Malvira Roero Nebbiolo Trinita Riserva

100% Nebbiolo, 4 weeks stainless fermentation, 2 years in French oak casks.  Hardly a day of age but nuanced secondary characteristics of licorice and tootsie roll; violets and berry all wrapped around cool herbs and decaying earth.  Can age another 10 years but would be curious to try after some decanting.
