2022 Costador Terroirs Mediterranis Metamorphika Macabeu Brisat

70 year old vines of Macabeu from clay and calcareous soils. Macerated in clay amphora with indigenous yeasts for eight weeks under temperature control. Round fruit, waxy, bent, dense and wicked.  Filled with peaches and white flowers as if zoomed through a black light.
