Regis and Sylvain are two cousins who decided to dump their careers in finance to make wine. Their vineyard is in the Southwest part of the Loire Valley, hence closest to the ocean, a parcel of land between the Sevre & Marne rivers. This Sauvignon blanc has more of a delicious briny ocean feel than most, fresh and pungent with a beautiful balance of acidity and fruit. Lots of apricot and peppermint...makes me want to sit out on a hillside facing the ocean on a sunny day.
