2016 Galinot Gitton Sancerre Silex

Oak aged Sancerre is kind of weird, but don't vanish in mid air.  Why does Sancerre have to always taste mineral and zippy, lets have some underlining core of fruit and passion with a big whop of fat orange oils saturating in your mouth like psychedelic cotton candy.
