2016 Overnoy-Cinquand Arbois-Pupillin Savagnin

Coming from a single hectare of grey marl made in tiny portions. This is one of the region's best areas for Savagnin. A whopping monster with deep beeswax and almonds. Like a sherry but there is a fuller mineral sense lying underneath. It's not dessert time!
