2010 Chateau Talbot Connetable Talbot Saint Julien

Perfectly aged to a tee.  Layer upon layer of dirt and scorched earth fine tune this mother out.  The perfect scent of all things lovely in Bordeaux as if you could create a candle as some mall kiosk.  The flavors are there and hedonistic but simultaneously precise and ethereal.
