NV Domaine Desire Petit Cremant du Jura Brut Rose

Hand-harvested in small boxes, pressed in pneumatic press with only the best quality juice kept. Consistent 20°c fermentation. In January, the Cremant is bottled and aged for 12 months. Displays reds fruits that are very well balanced. It is an explosion of aromas like raspberry or strawberry and with much finesse. Recipient of the Coup de Cœur au Guide Hachette 2016.
