2020 Francois Cazin Cour-Cheverny

Cour-Cheverny is an obscure region in the Loire that pretty much is renowned for it's prime mover varietal Romorantin. It has chenin-like properties in that is is earthy and higher in natural acidity and behaves in a similar way, but...this has a serious green tea/herbal thing and some extra veggie booty to boot.(See what I did there?)  Fillet of soul, think. It's also awesomely age worthy. It's crazy good fresh out of the gate like this one, but it is kind of indestructable. Much stuffing here for the long run if you can wait. I, myself, can't...
