2016 Dry German Rieslings: Graceful, Resonant, Delicious

In this week's New York Times "2016 Dry German Riesling" article, Eric Asimov waxes poetic about....dry Riesling. I can't tell you how long I've been waiting for this and I'm further very grateful that many of the wines from this list are ones we carry and have been pushing for a long time.

The short end of the story, is that consumers mistakenly think Riesling is always sweet, but...spoiler alert, they're not. Secret revealed. The ones from this list below are an absolute god send. True archetypes from what dry German Riesling can be and aspire to. Well done Mr. Asimov...well done!
