2023 Patrick Piuze Premier Cru “Les Forets”

Les Fôrets, 1er Cru has a more backward bouquet with touches of greengage and white flowers, later a hint of wild mint. The palate is well-balanced with a sapid entry and fine depth and acidity. It is quite strict towards the finish with a saline aftertaste.
