2019 Karim Vionnet Beaujolais Villages Nouveau

Noveau gets a bad rap for good reason. Branding and mass marketing over the years has resulted in sub-par wines that mark the beginning of holiday occasions here and in France with loud, boisterous celebration. But quality took the hit. Not this time with this micro producer. Clean, fruity, loads of fun, and gulpy, slurpy, stuff. Verging on serious. Do check it out!
