2022 L&C Poitout Chablis Bienommee

Don't take this home without a dozen (or more) oysters, shucked and at the ready. This wine is classically Chablis, with all the tension, cutting acidity and minerality found in similar wines costing way, way more. Just the slightest hints of tree fruit round out the nose and palate.
