Wigle Pennsylvania Straight Bourbon

Mixing regional organic yellow dent corn and soft winter wheat, with malted barley. Fermented and copper pot distilled. The whiskey ages in new, charred, 25 gallon, American-oak cooperage for two years and is hand bottled at 92 proof.
