Sonoma County Distilling Company Cherrywood Rye

A true grain-to-glass whiskey distilled in a double-alembic pot still. Made from a base of Canadian rye grain with complements of wheat and cherrywood-smoked malted Barley from Wyoming. With a deep amber color and clocking in at 95.6 Proof, the palate does not lack in dense flavors that expand beautifully with the addition of water. Rich notes of dried fig, and brandied cherries with hints of leather and black spice on the nose.
