NV R. Pouillon et Fils Champagne Brut Réserve

Pouillon is a biodynamic grower based in the Marne district of Champagne. This gorgeous "Reserve" bottling is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay. Flavors of red and yellow fruits and organic earth are rounded out with serious tension, textural generosity and a long finish.
