Sumoll and Montonega in equal parts. 80 years old vines on clay and limestone. Sumoll is direct-pressed (as blanc de noirs), Montònega spends 75 days on skins. The wine ages in stainless steel tanks and is bottled without fining or filtration. No sulfur added.
