A tribute to American whiskey by one of the most revered distilleries in Japan.  Iwai 45 is a blended whisky with the same mash bill as a classic wheated bourbon -- but produced to the exacting standards of Mars Shinshu Distillery, and proofed using melted precipitation unique to their location high in the Japanese Alps.  45% ABV and minimum 4 years aged in ex-bourbon barrels.
