Camur-ria, Sicilian for ‘trouble,’ Sicilian sun and wind, organic grapes, maceration on the skins, and spontaneous fermentation in neutral barrels. Medium in body, savory with a beautiful acid core. Layers of citrus, stone fruits, and sweet spice.
