2021 Borja Perez Artifice Listan Blanco

100% Listan Blanco from multiple parcels, all from the north part of the DO.They are fermented separately and part goes into concrete tanks staying under lees; the other part into barrique where they go through malolactic. After 11 months they get blended and bottled. Fresher nose than the more expensive one above. Limey and rocky, with still pertinent exotic fruit, coalescing the fine persistence of rocks, smoke and death. Fresh yet moist on the palate with good old fashioned Listan Blanco fun.
