2017 Thierry Germain Saumur Champigny "Mémoires"

Produced for the first time in 2012 from 100 year + vines, Supremely austere and aesthetically pleasing. Pleasing array of violets, red and black fruits, with supremely laced licorice and cocoa almost in the way a great Barolo comes together.  Age the hell out of this.
