2016 Alexandre Bain Mademoiselle

This rich, dense, and aromatic wine has more character than a "standard" Pouilly-Fume because Alexandre Bain believes in picking his grapes later, at full ripeness. He also believes you have to farm biodynamically in order for the wine to fully express the terroir. Taste the difference it makes.
