2018 Lismore Barrel Fermented Sauvignon Blanc Greyton

Barrel fermented Sauv. Blanc isn't all too common. Bordeaux does it sometimes, but they blend it with Semillon for structure. Araujo does it, but it'll cost you a fortune. South Africa is stepping into the ring with this unctuous, Golden Delicious apple of a wine. Slightly oxidative, only enough to complement Green Tea and Honeysuckle elements. The depth to this wine never seems to end.
