2007 Gilles Troullier Boreal

Old vine Grenache. "Boreal" is one of those indescribable French terms that refers to the surrounding trees.  This is a big wine without the oak and alcohol overriding everything. Loads of cassis, cherry, bacon that is almost Cote Rotiesh with more Bruce Lee tannins.
