Shockingly not too funky or weird as one would expect from an organic pet nat that looks the way it does.  But it's layered and gorgeous and can pass for just a great sparkling wine.  Fresh but mineral nose with layers of fruit approachable as the still Muller Thurgau. The bubbles are fine and sexy with a yeasty punch driven into it.  One of my fav non Champagnes out there
