Expect a dynamic yet accessible class for all levels designed to challenge you while reminding you not to take yourself too seriously.
Then, ease into a relaxed, roaming wine and cheese tasting—no stuffy formalities here. This tasting is all about movement and mingling with your new balance-minded friends. Each pairing is thoughtfully selected to highlight harmony of flavors because just like in life, contrast creates balance.
