2016 Yacoubian-Hobbs Areni Red

Internationally renowned winemaker Paul Hobbs, and partners the Yacoubian family have journeyed to the birthplace of wine to craft modern, world class wines from the indigenous varieties found in the high altitude, mineral-rich soils of Vayots Dzor, Armenia. 

Aromas of red berries, black cherries, floral notes of violets, and dried red fruits mirror the flavors, which are both intense and elegant on the palate. A ripe and powerful tannic structure and refreshing acidity bring balance to the fruit flavors, culminating in a complex yet harmonious finish.
