2021 Au Bon Climat Pinot Blanc/Pinot Gris

This is a 60/40 blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc from Santa Maria Valley. The nose is clean, with delicate aromas of yellow apple, white peach, lemon and apple blossom, and flinty minerality. In the mouth the wine is rich and textural, from the time spent on lees in the barrel. This is a great match with shellfish of any kind, or richer white meats such as turkey.
