Eric Asimov says: "Greek whites like assyrtiko from Santorini have gotten popular, but what of the reds? Here’s an excellent start, from the northern appellation of Naoussa, made of the xinomavro grape. It’s exuberant, bright, lively, rich and succulent. Serve with lamb, grilled or stewed."
