Everyone from hipsters to those closer to hip replacements will agree that this is one of the best non-Kentucky bourbons.  Made in Brooklyn from NY state 80% organic corn and 20% UK malted barley that is twice distilled in copper pot stills.  Two years ageing in oak barrels produces notes of cinnamon, ginger, caramel, vanilla, and holiday spice.
