32% Chenin blanc, 25% Vermentino, 21% Trousseau gris, 12% Green Hungarian, 10% Chasselas Doré. Martha began her love for Natural Wine while studying microbiology at UC David. She worked in many wineries around the world, one of them was COS in Sicily, Italy. In 2016 she began her own project, She works from dry-farmed vineyards, most being trained on sticks the old way without trellising system.
