(500ml) Cocchi Barolo Chinato

 Barks, roots and spices are macerated in wine from Barolo DOCG which is then aged a minimum of three years in oak casks.  It was traditionally drunk for medicinal purposes such as fevers and upset stomach, but also gifted as a sign of hospitality.
