'Giallo' refers to the hyper-stylized, pulpy, horror films that came out of Italy in the 60's, 70's, and 80. A blend of Teroldego, Nebbiolo, and Refosco from high elevation sites. Perfumed, festive, and concentrated with delicate yet hyper spice notes.
