Finger Lakes Distillery McKenzie Rye

80% rye, 20% malted barley. Aged in new charr oak, pulled out of barrels and out in sherry casks for last 2 weeks of aging. Gives it a dried fruit component to balance out spice from rye. Fruit driven with a Christmas spice component.
