NV Pierre Gimonnet Cuis 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut

100% Chard from 1er Cru site of Cuis. Blend of mostly 2011 with some back to 2006 (1%...really!) Ripe and lush nose which seems antithetical for a blanc de blancs, but winemaker says it has to do with aged lees contact. Such a fun wine.
