2020 George Descombes Morgon VV

One of my 3 favorite Beaujolais every year, serious stuff; from vines that are reportedly over 100 years old.  Brilliant ruby. Cherry-cola, black raspberry, licorice and a hint of woodsmoke on the strikingly fragrant nose that piles on and on. Insane dark berry, spice, coffee, molasses and sweet spicy Trinidadian fruit.  Floral and bright minerality which can age for 15 years.
