Solsongju Damsoul

Damsoul falls into a category, "Cheongju" (clear spirit made from rice) and in this case by the recipe that has been handed down to 16 generations for over 600 years.  Rich flavor with layers of subtle pine notes, hint of eucalyptus and juniper berry.  Mix with tonic water with a spring of rosemary and lime.
